Due to the bulk and mixed-condition nature of liquidation pallets:
- All sales are generally final
- We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Preference or expectation differences
- Individual item conditions within the pallet

- Your order was not delivered
- The item received is significantly different from the product description
